The self-proclaimed “moral” superiority with which the rule of a small elite over the masses can be justified is guaranteed by socially approved doctrines and beliefs, such as “woke is enlightenment” or “diversity is strength.” These axioms make the rule of those currently in power seem reasonable to almost every member of society and satisfy the masses’ instinctual craving for legitimate, as opposed to emotionally “forced,” alpha domination. No political class, regardless to which political system it professes its allegiance, will admit that it rules because it is most suited to do so. Therefore it would never utter these words out loud: “We are wiser and want to transfer our visionary insights into the people’s collective conscience.” Rather, it will always try to justify its power by an abstraction, e.g.: “The will of the citizens voted us into this position.”
